What is Fair Usage?
Fair usage means using Stamperly in a way that's reasonable, legitimate, and doesn't negatively impact other users. This includes:
- Creating and managing loyalty cards for legitimate business purposes
- Issuing stamps and rewards to genuine customers
- Sending reasonable promotional messages to opted-in customers
- Accessing analytics and reports for business insights
- Using integrations and API calls for legitimate business automation
Customer Management
Acceptable
- Genuine customer registrations from real people
- Legitimate stamp issuance for actual visits or purchases
- Reasonable customer data exports
Not Allowed
- Creating fake or automated customer accounts
- Bulk importing invalid or fabricated customer data
- Sharing or selling customer data to third parties
Messaging & Notifications
Acceptable
- Relevant promotions and reward notifications
- Business updates to your customers
- Reasonable message frequency
Not Allowed
- Spam or unsolicited messages
- Excessive message frequency that degrades experience
- Messages unrelated to your business or loyalty program
Platform Security
You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach or test our security without authorization
- Access other users' accounts or data
- Share login credentials with unauthorized people
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
Usage Guidelines by Plan
While we don't impose strict hard limits, these guidelines represent expected normal usage. If your legitimate business needs exceed these, contact us.

Monitoring & Enforcement
We monitor the platform to ensure optimal performance. If we detect usage that violates this policy:
- We'll reach out — contact you to discuss the issue and provide guidance
- Temporary limits — we may temporarily restrict certain features
- Suspension — in severe cases, we may suspend your account
- Termination — for repeated violations or malicious activity
We believe in open communication. If we need to take action, we will provide a clear explanation, relevant usage data, and options to resolve the issue.
