4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Supabase (hosting/database), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (wallet passes)
• Business owners: Customer data (name, email, stamps, rewards) is visible to the business that operates the loyalty card
• Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted database connections, row-level security policies, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Object to processing

Business owners can export customer data and manage their account from the dashboard. End customers can contact the business or email us directly.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are always active, because the service cannot work without them.

With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok. These help us understand how people find Stamperly and measure whether our ads are working. We record which advertising campaign brought you to our site and, when you sign up or subscribe, report that conversion back to those networks, including a securely hashed version of your email address, which lets them match the conversion without receiving your address in readable form.

How we ask depends on where you are. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, where prior consent is required by law, we ask before loading any of them and nothing runs until you accept. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can switch them off at any time, using the control below. Either way, turning them off means none of them are loaded and we send nothing to those networks.

9. Location Data

Stamperly's Notification Zones feature uses location data to trigger wallet notifications when customers are near a configured location. This data is processed by Apple and Google's wallet systems on the customer's device. Stamperly does not track or store real-time location data.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
