Your join link
Every card has a public join link that looks like stmpr.link/your-business/join. Anyone who opens it fills in their name and contact details, and they're in. You decide which details the form asks for (see below).
Customers never create a password or download an app. Joining takes under a minute.
Customize your join page
Open Customize Card and go to the Join Page tab. Changes apply to the join page as soon as you save.
- Required contact details: name is always required. On top of that, choose Email or phone (the default, either one is enough), Email required, Phone required, or Email and phone required. Fields that aren't required are marked "optional" on the form.
- Ask for birthday: on by default. Turn it off to keep the form shorter. Birthdays show up on the scan screen, handy for birthday treats.
- Default phone country: the country code the phone field starts with. Automatic uses your store location, then your account country. Pick a country if most of your customers use a different one. Customers can always switch it themselves.
Every required field is one more thing to type at the counter. Require only what you'll use, for example the phone number if you follow up with customers on WhatsApp.
Print the QR banner
The dashboard generates a ready-to-print banner with your join QR code on it. Put it where customers naturally look: next to the register, on tables, on the menu, at the entrance.

Scan and fill in the form
They scan the QR code (or tap your link), enter their details, and submit.

Add the card to their wallet
They land on their personal card page with Add to Apple Wallet and Add to Google Wallet buttons. One tap and the card lives on their phone.
